1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TradeWise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Service — Educational Tool Only
TradeWise is strictly an educational and analytical decision-support platform. It is NOT:
- A financial advisory service
- An investment advisory firm
- A signal provider or trading system
- A regulated financial product
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or solicitations to trade any financial instrument. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee of Results
TradeWise makes no representations or warranties that use of the Platform will result in profits, improved trading performance, or any specific outcomes. Past performance of any analysis tool does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $39.99 USD or €39.99 EUR. Your 7-day free trial begins upon account creation. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. TradeWise's market context, tradability ratings, and AI-generated insights are decision-support tools only. You must conduct your own due diligence before any financial transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeWise shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, and software is owned by TradeWise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
